I called to place my order and that process was fast and efficient. I went to pick my order a few days later and Rebecca helped me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She kept a smile on her face the whole time and talked to me like a friend or family member. She was very sweet.

I called to place my order and was on hold for just a few seconds. The customer service clerk was very friendly and efficient. She went over my order with me when we finished to be sure it was correct. I received it in two days. I am very happy with their service.

The pharmacy is amazing, they either pick up immediately or have called me back in a timely manner. Being a new clinic owner, I love the ability to have Empower pharmacy as a trusted resource and thus I have bypassed several local accounts--They also provide fact sheets, profession and sound guidance, and data if available upon request!

This pharmacy can most definitely be trusted with their products, they produce very high quality compounds. Their prices are pretty decent compared to others. There are cheaper pharmacies for compounds out there but Empire’s product is so effective we get better results with them than the many others we’ve tried. We live in Florida and we’ve never had to worry about our order staying cold since they pack it so well with insulations and heavy duty ice packs. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is due to the long time frame just to ship your order, usually 2-3 weeks sometimes they are on back order up to 5 weeks. I’ve ran out of my injections a couple of times due to long shipping times. In addition, they lack with communication on order processing. You pay a large sum and you wait and wait AND WAIT. You’re only given a time frame, after you order, and that usually isn’t accurate. All in all, I would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Just be prepared to plan ahead for shipping delays.

Always packed well, the order I received Friday was by far the quickest I have ever had. Usually takes two weeks after I am notified script is sent over. Something changed somewhere in the process and please keep it up. I appreciate one less thing to sit and wait for. Thank you

Great Service and response time. Hold times are atrocious, though. Over 15 mins every time, regardless of day/time I called. Pretty ridiculous! I would definitely recommend them, regardless! Everything else was great!

I’ve remained on hold for 20-30 minutes and it takes an additional 20 minutes to place a prescription order. This time I ordered online the second week of May. They charged me on 5-22 but my order has not shipped yet and it’s 6-3. They promised me that they would escalate my order but I have lost confidence in them. Update: This last time I ordered, it took a total of 8 minutes to call, hold, and place my order. It shipped in two days. They must have been having growing pains. I will continue using them.
